We've seen asymmetric mix and match patchwork looks on nearly every New York runway show. Criticizing a lack of uniqueness and diversity. But now I have to admit, Rodarte understood it well. They win the race.

Loose knit, high gloss pants and jackets, some strap bondage and as a TLF tradition: urban tribe symbolism. Nothing new, nothing bad. But I am missing a little bit of edge.

The fight has been fought. In a pugnacious act of bravery, Romanian designer Olah Gyarfas created the armour of future men. Protecting against ennui/vacuity and melting Transylvanian tradition with contemporary silhouettes. Architectural, minimal and yet flamboyant.

Sequel: Sorry for being a bit kitschy once more. I just felt reminded of this fabulous cover of Amanda Lear. She has great potential to become the leader of the Rozalb de Mura tribe...
